You may have seen the Backwoods Boys hunting big whitetails in southwest Ohio on television, but now you've got the opportunity to hunt the same land, and the same bucks we hunt every year! Backwoods Leased Properties has a limited number of Ohio archery deer hunts, Ohio gun hunts, and Kentucky archery or rifle hunts for the 2016-2017 deer season.
Our Ohio and Kentucky deer hunts take place prime whitetail habitat which we manage for trophy quality and the health of the herd. We hunt deer over food plots, wood lots, oak flats and field edges. All of our hunts are 100% fair-chase with free-roaming deer.
Ohio and Kentucky are becoming more and more known for excellent whitetail hunting and for good reason. Our properties are specifically selected for their potential of growing high quality trophy quality whitetail bucks. Come hunt with us!

Backwoods Whitetail Hunts
Our Ohio whitetail hunts take place on over 4,000 acres of prime whitetail habitat in southwest Ohio. This area is known for producing big bucks and is considered by many to be a "sleeper" location for trophy whitetails. We have a comfortable deer camp that consists of a camper and facilities for your stay. Hunters are also welcome to make arrangements at a local motel or bed and breakfast if they prefer.
Our Kentucky hunts take place on 1,000 plus acres of beautiful country in Hart County, Kentucky, known for growing some of the best bucks in the Commonwealth. We offer a limited number of archery, crossbow and modern rifle hunts. Lodging is included in a comfortable "lodge" with a small kitchenette.
All of our hunts are semi-guided and are 100% fair-chase hunts for free-roaming deer.
